Based in Edinburgh until 2021, Roisin recently took the leap to return to Fife. Living back in a small coastal village is inspiring her current and new collections.  

Creating work in small batches or on a made to order basis, Roisin creates accessories to last the seasons, years and wear. On welcoming her sons in 2020 and 2022 Roisin now divides her time between her loves - Jewellery and family.

All silver pieces are currently made in eco or recycled silver and she's now able to offer Fairtrade Gold on custom orders. 

UISCE - Our new collection Uisce /ish-ka/ , meaning water in Irish is a celebration of texture and form,created using a traditional lost wax casting process. Each piece is individually made in wax, manipulating  the medium by hand to create each delicate rippling detail. Each wax master is then cast in metal to create a solid silver or gold piece, unique to you. inspired by rolls of fabric  yet with a feel of water ripples frozen time.

All our UK orders are shipped either, 2nd class ( no tracking or shipping) first class signed, or special delivery which is tracked and insured. You can choose your delivery options at the checkout.

All our INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped Royal Mail Tracked and Insured. 

Please note orders travelling outwith the UK may incur a customs charge on arrival.

RETURNS POLICY

Although we hope you love your Roisin Connolly purchase, we understand it might not be for you on arrival. Returns must be received to our studio UNWORN within 28 days to qualify for a refund. To return your item contact us via the CONTACT page for instructions.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot refund earrings. 

Unfortunately at this stage we're unable to refund postage for returns.

Any items returned to us worn or faulty may not qualify for a refund. 

BESPOKE jewellery has a different policy which will be discussed at the start of every project. 

FAULTY ITEMS

Even though we take care packing your orders, sometimes they can become damaged on route to you. On this rare occasion contact us through our CONTACT page  within 7 days of receiving your item  including an image and description of the fault. We will endeavour to either repair the original or send out a fresh piece of jewellery to you once the faulty items has been returned to us.

PRIVACY POLICY

All your banking details are kept safe and encrypted through a 3rd Party (Our Online Server Big Cartel and Stripe) when you order with us. We do not share your details with anyone. Roisin Connolly keeps your name, address and order specifics on file so that any repeat orders, repairs, or queries can be kept together.
